The 4-person room was comfortable and the tent was surprisingly spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, right by the lake, offering the opportunity to swim.
Would recommend this hotel.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with stunning scenery, look no further! The location is perfect, right in front of the lake, providing breathtaking views from the room's balcony. The staff offers excellent service in the bar/restaurant, and there is even space to store your own food and drinks. Plus, they give you a travel bus pass for free transportation and discounts on various activities in town.
Some noise issues in the rooms can be a drawback.

The location of the hostel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the lake. The value for money was also great, considering how expensive Switzerland can be. I loved that there was a guest kitchen available, so we could cook our own meals from food bought at the supermarket. Additionally, the free parking was a big convenience.
The cleanliness of the linens was not up to par, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the sound insulation in the wooden hostel wasn't the best, so if you're a light sleeper, you might have a problem with noise from neighboring rooms.

The view from the hostel was absolutely stunning, with the lake and mountains creating a breathtaking backdrop. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen available for use, which made it easy to prepare our own meals and save some money.
There were a couple of drawbacks to our experience. the showers were limited and there was often a long queue, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

The views from the hostel were absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery surrounding the place. the location was great, with a shop just a short walk away and a restaurant right across the road. But my absolute favorite part was having a bonfire area where I could gather with other guests and enjoy a cozy evening under the stars.
Although it didn't bother me too much, sharing a room with 8 strangers was a bit challenging for me, as I'm not used to hostel accommodations. this is a personal preference and not a fault of the hostel itself.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area. It was the perfect setting for a New Year getaway. The fact that it was only 10km from a bustling town center meant that we had the best of both worlds - a quiet and peaceful village atmosphere, but with easy access to shops, restaurants, and activities. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the cleanliness of the hotel. The exterior of the building looked a bit unkempt and could use some attention.
